1. Open vcop_setup.exe and install the game.
2. There are instances that when you run Virtua Cop 1 on a modern PC, something pops up saying "The code execution cannot proceed dplay.dll was not found". The solution for that is you need to find dplayx.dll in your computer, dplayx.dll is stored in C:\Windows\System32\ on 32-bit Windows and C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ on 64-bit Windows. Make a copy of this file (keeping it in the System32 or SysWOW64 directory) and name it dplay.dll.
3. Run the game and enjoy!
